Wireless charging issue

Product doesn’t charge devices wireless. Please replace or repair

Its a fancy looking piece which only charges the device once on a 100% charge

It does the wireless charging as well as wired charging. But on a full charge, this only charges my iphone 13 only 1 time and that too with wired charging.
To charge this powerbank, it takes approx 5 -6 hours to charge with the provided wire.

Overall purchase it only if you dont want to carry additional wires with you but beware of slow charging and only 1 charge per 100% powerbank charge

Product Quality

The build is nice. The cables are very useful.
But the Power Bank discharges to almost 75% with just one charge. It is of no use to have 10000mah charger if you cant charge your phone twice.

UBON wireless Charging with multiple cords

Pathetic product and highly priced. I phone cord stopped working after few use. No Guaranty or warranty on product. Product not even used for a month. 2500 do2n the drain. Please don't purchase there no customer service.
