This policy applies under the following circumstances:
1. Return Policy
We encourage all our customers to review product details carefully before making a purchase. As part of our commitment to hygiene and quality assurance, returns are not accepted once a product is delivered and unboxed.
2. Replacement Policy
● If your product has a technical issue, you can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery.
● The product will be physically checked. If an issue is found, we’ll send a fresh replacement. If no issue is found, the same unit will be returned.
● If a ticket is raised post 7 days of delivery and within the warranty period, product is replaced with an equivalent condition product, post testing.
● Replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the product delivered in defective condition or has a physical damage within 24 hours of receipt of the product
Note: If the same color/variant is out of stock, we’ll offer an alternate product of similar value, and the warranty will continue from the original purchase date.
3. Warranty Policy/ Guidelines

Charging cables supplied with other UBON products are not covered under warranty.
Actual battery performance of audio products may vary depending on usage patterns and operating conditions.
Battery life is approximate and may differ based on user behaviour and usage environment.
3.1 Warranty Start Date
The warranty period begins on the original purchase date by the first end-user as indicated on the invoice. If you purchase multiple products (SKUs) under a single invoice, each product will carry its own warranty based on its category.
3.2 Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Internal technical issues under normal usage
This warranty does not cover:
- Physical or accidental damage
- Water/liquid damage (unless the product is rated as water-resistant)
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Consumables or accessories subject to normal wear and tear (e.g., ear tips, charging cases)
4. Warranty Claim Requirements
To raise a warranty claim, the following must be provided:
- The original product or the affected part
- A valid invoice, clearly showing:
- Date of purchase
- Name and address of the seller
- GST number (if applicable)
- Product name and/or serial number (for serialized items)
- Failure to provide valid proof of purchase or serial number (if applicable) may lead to rejection of the warranty claim.
5. Service Type & Process
Carry-In Warranty Only
UBON offers a Carry-In warranty service for all products, ensuring timely and professional support for any technical issues covered under warranty.
How It Works:
- Raise a Complaint:
· Customers must first contact UBON Customer Support by calling or emailing the details of the issue.
· Be prepared to share your order ID, proof of purchase, and a brief description of the problem.
- Initial Assessment:
· Our customer support team will assess the complaint and, if needed, provide basic troubleshooting over call or email.
· If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will proceed with the next step.
- Send-In or Visit Service Centre:
· Based on your location and product category, you will be guided to the nearest UBON-authorized service center or advised to send the product to our central service facility.
· The product must be safely packed, along with the original invoice, and shipped using a trusted courier service.
· In case of self-shipping, shipping charges are to be borne by the customer, and UBON will not be responsible for any loss or damage in transit.
- Service & Resolution:
· Once the product is received, our technicians will conduct a thorough inspection and testing.
· If the issue falls under warranty coverage, the product will be repaired or replaced as applicable.
· If the product is out of warranty or not eligible, a repair estimate will be shared, and service will be carried out on a chargeable basis, upon your approval.
Repair or replacement is at UBON’s discretion and subject to product availability.
- Return of Serviced Product:
· After servicing, the product will be shipped back to you or made available for pickup from the service centre.
Disclaimers:
· Warranty becomes void if the product shows signs of physical damage, tampering, or unauthorized servicing.
· Products damaged due to pests, moisture, liquid, heat exposure, or voltage fluctuations are not covered.
· UBON reserves the right to reject warranty claims that do not meet the above terms.
6. Service and Technical Support Policy
6.1 Service Mode
- Repair or replacement of UBON products will be facilitated through:
- UBON-authorized Service Centres
- Certified Service Partners
- Or via a Door-to-Door Pickup service (subject to availability and location)
6.2 Technical Support Commitment
UBON is committed to providing prompt and effective technical support and general service to all customers, in line with our current support policies.
Please note:
- Service levels may vary depending on the product category, issue type, and warranty eligibility.
- Support may be provided via phone, email, in-person service center visits, or logistics-based repair.
6.3 Policy Revisions and Conditions
UBON reserves the right to modify, revise, or discontinue any service or support programs, including their associated terms and conditions, without prior notice.
- UBON shall not be obligated to provide service or support unless full payment for the product and/or service has been received.
- All service is subject to the current policies at the time of the claim.
6.4 Warranty Continuity & Timeframe
- In the event of a repair or replacement of any component or unit, the warranty will continue to remain valid only for the remaining duration of the original warranty period.
- The time taken for repairs, replacements, logistics transit, or service processing—whether under warranty or not—shall not extend or pause the original warranty period.
7. Cancellation Policy
UBON values flexibility, but certain limitations apply to order cancellations:
- Cancellation Not Allowed After Shipping: If an order has already been shipped or the shipping process has started, cancellation will not be possible.
- Same-Day Delivery Orders: Orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category are not eligible for cancellation.
- Special Occasion Products: Cancellations will not be accepted for products ordered under limited-time or special occasion offers, due to the nature of such promotions.
